Child almost chokes on something in her nuggets

A 6 year old girl in England almost choked to death after a piece of a surgical face mask was fried inside a McDonald’s chicken nugget.
The mom noticed her daughter was choking when she started making weird noises. At that moment she stuck her finger down her daughter’s throat to make her throw up. That’s when she discovered the blue piece of material inside the food which ended up being a piece of a surgical face mask.
McDonald’s corporate office has apologized to the mother and luckily her daughter is doing fine.
