Police fired pepper balls at protesters again tonight on Court Street, after protesters refused to leave the area. Police have declared the protest an “unlawful assembly.” The amount of protesters are in the thousands tonite much large than last night following a peaceful gathering at Martin Luther King Jr. Park earlier Friday evening.
