Cardi B Makes Female Rapper History

Cardi B has just made history as the first female rapper who holds three diamond records. As of Monday, Cardi B’s Latin hit, “I Like It,” featuring J Balvin and Bad Bunny was RIAA certified as 10x-platinum. When this song was released back in 2018, the Tainy and J.White Did It produced track went number one on the Billboard Top 100, as well as being on Cardi B’s debut album, Invasion of Privacy.
Cardi B stated: “I want to say thank you to all my fans and tell y’all that I – love y’all. I’m thankful and grateful. I want to say thank you to J Balvin. I have accomplished so much, but I still want more.” Cardi B then promised her next album will debut in 2022.
