Blind Justice? Wrongly Convicted In America

Written by on March 8, 2017

Data shows, Black people are more often wrongly convicted of murder than  any other group of people.

The source of a discussion is becoming more interesting in this age of information.

It seems anything that you do not agree with (ala Pres. Trump) people now attribute to “Fake News” in this era of Da Trump.

These facts on who are most wrongly convicted of crimes is not an opinion but a mathematical fact.

According to the National Registry of Exonerations, over 160 people were released from prison last year after being wrongly convicted.

Their report also specifically examined those exonerated of murder. Out of the 58 people who were exonerated 28 of them were Black.

Texas leads the country in the most number of wrongly convicted  crimes. Most have been for non violent drug offenses.
