Black Army Lieutenant Only Awarded $3,685 After Being Racially Profiled During Traffic Stop

Back in 2020 a viral video of a Virginia police cam showed an army officer being  racially profiled and pepper sprayed during a traffic stop.

Second Lt. Caron Nazario who’s black and Latino filed a lawsuit back in 2021 said the 2 police officers violated his rights under the first and fourth amendment.

The army lieutenant was only awarded in the case $3,685.
