Hip-Hop Legend Biz Markie called into the Wake-Up Club Thursday Morning with Tariq, DJ Sight, DJ Reign and Talent to talk about Biz Markie Coming To Rochester.
Biz Markie will be performing at halftime of the Rochester Razor Shark’s home opener on January 16, 2016 at the Blue Cross Arena. Biz is most recognized for his hit single “Just a Friend”, which reached #9 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 1990 and went platinum in April of the same year. He later went on to compliment his musical career by becoming a successful comedian, actor, and reality TV star.
Regularly priced tickets for the game can be purchased at the Blue Cross Arena box office as well as the RazorSharks headquarters in Marketplace Mall. Fans will also have the opportunity to upgrade their tickets to floor passes for the halftime performance for an additional charge. Thirty dollars provides each fan with a floor seat to the game as well as an on-court pass for the halftime performance. For sixty dollars each fan will be given the opportunity to meet Biz Markie after the performance and take pictures with him in addition to a floor seat and an on-court pass for halftime.
