Bills Stadium Negotiation Moves Forward

During the off-season for the Buffalo Bills, it looks like this weekend’s annual NFL owner’s meeting is important to the Pegulas. According to multiple sources, yesterday, a vote took place where a joint stadium finance committee approved a $200 million for the Buffalo Bills’ owners. Don’t get too worried yet, the $200 million doesn’t affect the taxpayer and is instead just cash from other owners to help the Pegulas pay their portion of a reported $400 million.

At the beginning of next week, it is expected that a vote among all 32 owners to approve the $1.4 billion stadium will occur. We will not know what comes out of taxpayer dollars until next week with the state budget due next Friday.
