Bar Comes Up With $1 Cuomo Chips After NYS Says Alcohol Can Only Be Sold At Establishments With Food Orders

I think some people can be just really petty and it’s really funny because I have a petty bone inside me.
Last week Governor Cuomo announced that bars and restaurants can no longer just serve drinks, food has to be ordered in order to be served a alcohol beverage.
A bar in Saratoga Springs New York named Harvey’s Irish Pub decided to come up with the “Cuomo chips” on everyone’s bill so customers don’t have to buy a full meal.
From the looks of it the Cuomo chips come in a cup and they cost just one dollar. I don’t think Governor Cuomo will find this funny.
