There was a lot of trash talking and smiles Tuesday when Nurse Bowick, Flo Anthony, Ray Mercer, Michael Spinx, Rochester’s own Charles “The Natural” Murray, and friends joined the WDKX Wake Up Club.
This has to be one of the dopest hip hop shows I’ve ever attended, J. Cole hands down put on a phenomenal show. I was thoroughly entertained as he took you on a journey through life, dreams, failures, and many many lessons.

The new roof is nearly completed, but now it’s time to replace the old worn-out boiler before the cold weather arrives. A fund-raising event being organized by the Corn Hill Neighborhood Association on 9/29. It’s the Frederick Douglass Walk for Hope, and all donated funds will go directly to Montgomery this year.
