A lawsuit could be brought up against Franklin high school by attorneys from The Uvalde Foundation for Kids.
This will be on behalf parents and students that attend the school.
The concerns come after a shooting that happened when a student was being shot at outside of the school back in January, there were also two other students the area when the incident happened.
