Arrest Made In Webster Fatal Hit And Run

Webster Police made an arrest in the deadly hit-and-run that killed the woman back on June 20th on Empire Boulevard in Webster.
Oksana Zakharchyshyn who’s walking with her family when she was struck by vehicle and died at the scene.
The driver Maxwell Ward is being charged with criminally neglect homicide in four other charges connected to the accident.
A week after the incident police impounded SUV in Penfield that was believed to be linked to the hit-and-run.
Nearly a month later Maxwell Ward is now being charged for the incident.
