Amazon Sellers Track Down Customers Whe Leave Bad Reviews

Some Amazon sellers Are reaching out to customers who wrote bad reviews on their products and offered customers refunds worth more than what the actual product cost only catch the customers having to remove their bad reviews.
Amazon said sellers contacting consumers outside of Amazon’s data systems is against the company rules.
According to reports, customers that don’t reply to the emails sent to them by the sellers will continue to reach out to customers until they get an answer and reply back.
