The DMV employee Wanda Turner was originally arrested for overcharging customers 40 to $50 more on top of the normal DMV fee for documents that they requested It kept the money for herself.
During an investigation law enforcement’s found out she was also accessing personal information which is a violation of the driver privacy protection act and DMV policies.
