Adele Helps Syracuse University Alumnus with Surprise Proposal
Written by Site Hub on November 16, 2021
How many people can say that Adele helped with my proposal? Well, one lucky couple who attended Syracuse Univerisity can. During Adele’s CBS Concert Special titled ‘One Night Only,’ she helped the couple pull off a star-studded, surprise marriage proposal. Thanks to Adele, Quentin Brunson was able to bring his blindfolded girlfriend up on the stage to pop the question. Brunson’s girlfriend removed her blindfold only to be greeted by a dark venue and millions of viewers. After the tearful proposal, it was followed by Adele performing “Make You Feel My Love.” The couple took their front-row seats between celebrities Lizzo and Melissa McCarthy.
Syracuse University took to Twitter to congratulate their alum:
Everybody's talking about last night's surprise proposal.
Guess what?
Quentin Brunson is one of us. @SyracuseU @SUFalkCollege '12, G'13!
Congratulations from your Orange family, Quentin. We know it's not as exciting as @Adele saying congrats, but hopefully it's close.😉 https://t.co/FzwyXTIQh4
