“A Night For The Queens:” Next ‘Verzuz’ Match Announced

If you haven’t heard of the web series ‘Verzuz,’ you’re going to want to check it out now. Verzuz organizers have announced a special holiday battle, featuring Chaka Khan and Stephanie Mills in what they are calling, ‘a night for the queens.’ The event is powered by Hallmark Mahogany and will air on Triller, FITE TV, and Instagram Live on Thursday, November 18th.

Mills comments on Verzuz back in late June when appearing on The Breakfast Club and said the Verzuz team had not expressed an interest in the event: “We tried. George [Fuller] — who’s Chaka’s manager — and my manager [Amp Harris] reached out to them but they weren’t interested. Chaka was interested. We were willing to do it. The Verzuz people weren’t interested.”
