Ben Crump’s Legal Team Filed Lawsuits In Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival

Civil rights attorney Ben Crump and his legal team are representing over 200 people in the deadly aftermath of Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival in Houston. The Crump’s Legal Team had filed at least 93 lawsuits, according to The Hill. “This lawsuit is not just about getting justice for them,” Crump said during the hour-long conference. “But it’s about making sure the promoters and organizers know that you cannot allow this to happen in the future, even if you have to immediately stop the concert.” The death count is still rising and dozens were injured during the Nov. 6th show When the crowd surge at Scott’s concert triggered “panic.” Houston Fire Chief Samuel Peña stated that Scott should have stopped the performance.
