Viral Video Shows A Man Climbing Onto The Wing Of An Aircraft Minutes Before Taking Off

On Saturday, as Alaska Airlines flight 1367 was preparing for takeoff, a man approached the plane and climbed onto the wing. He stayed there for around 45 minutes before falling off and getting arrested.
Passengers took videos of the incident that have since gone viral, of him taking his shoes and socks off for traction and trying to climb up the edge of the wing and falling onto the tarmac.
“Our guests and employees are safe and we are working with law enforcement. The plane returned to the gate for a full inspection,” Alaska Airlines said in the statement.
The man was treated for minor injuries and then booked on charges of trespassing and disregard for public safety.
