Gods of Rap Tour Announces 2020 Dates

The “Gods of Rap Tour”, which initially happened in 2019, will be back on the road for the second round in 2020. This time the tour will be visiting the United Kingdom. So far, there are only three dates slotted for the tour. The venues are Manchester Arena in Manchester on April 23rd, The O2 in London on April 24th, and the Birmingham Arena in Birmingham on April 25th.
The 2019 tour featured a lineup including De La Soul, Public Enemy, and Wu-Tang Clan. The headliner for the 2020 tour is Nas, but the tour will also include performances from DMX, Gang Starr, and The Lox. Veteran hip-hop producer and DJ Just Blaze will also be in attendance.
This tour will mark DMX’s first concert dates in the UK in more than 15 years, and he only recently returned to the stage after voluntarily doing a stint in rehab to prevent himself from relapsing. And while Guru from Gang Starr passed away in 2010, DJ Premier says thanks to technology, he has a plan for the tour that will make it seem like Guru is there more than just in spirit.
Each artist on tour will be performing a full set each night, and each show promises to be a “once-in-a-lifetime” event.
Tickets for the tour are currently on sale.
