Possible Inner Loop Changes in 2020?

Thanks to the Rochester City Council, there will be some upcoming improvements on the Inner Loop North. 

After the transformation study was approved, the Council chose Bergmann Associates for the redesigning efforts, which could include a full highway removal.

The New York State Department of Transportation will provide a grant to fund this project, which is expected to begin with the start of the New Year.
