An Arizona case worker was nearly strangled to death after he had to investigate a man for a report of abuse against his children after interviewing his daughter in a separate room.
After the 2 men talked the case worker said he didn’t see the investigation going any further, and moments later the father began to put the case worker in a choke hold for nearly 2 minutes while streaming it live on Facebook.
