Mass Shooting at Maplewood Park leaves 2 Dead & 5 Others Injured

The last weekend in July this year was a very violent weekend from Friday night through Sunday evening.
There was a mass shooting at Maplewood Park that left two people dead, and 5 others injured.
RPD responded to Bridge View Drive around 6:20pm.
RPD is asking anyone with video of the incident to send the videos directly to police through Major Crimes Section at (585) 428-7157, Crime Stoppers at (585) 423-9300, or email MajorCrimes@cityofrochester.gov instead of posting the videos directly to social media. Police also ask anyone with information to call either 311 or 911.
DEVELOPING: Maplewood Park is surrounded by multiple police agencies. Caution tape is up across majority of the park. @nyspolice, Irondequoit Police, @monroesheriffny, and @RochesterNYPD are on scene.
