911 Services Were Unavailable For AT&T Customers In Ontario County Last Night

The 911 Public Safety Communications Office in Seneca County & the Ontario County Sheriffs Department released joint statements around 3:00 am this morning, confirming that the AT&T related network issues were resolved, and that 911 services were working properly again.
“The Ontario County 911 Center has received notification that the AT&T network issues that were effecting Ontario County have been corrected. Regular AT&T wireless services have been restored.”

“AT&T has resolved the widespread outage from my previous email. AT&T phones should be able to contact 911 now.”

People who are customers of AT&T were having issues contacting 911 services and reports show that it was a statewide event.
