75-Year-Old Suing Buffalo

Back in the summer of 2020, there was a curfew in place for Buffalo residents. At which time, there were protests taking place for Black Lives Matter. Alot of confusion ensued when officers in riot gear began to knock a few people around for various reasons.
One guy was seen getting shoved. He then, stumbled and fell onto the ground. Officers were charged and later acquitted. That man was Martin Gugino, the elderly man who fell and cracked his skull. He also had a concussion. Gugino is now suing the City of Buffalo, the Commissioner, a few police officers and the mayor. TMZ has the full story.
