51st Puerto Rican Festival at Parcel 5

Today, the 51st celebration of the Puerto Rican Festival will be held at Parcel 5 in Downton Rochester. Instead of the usual full weekend, this year the festival was held out over two Saturdays, with last week at the International Plaza. The festival starts at 2 p.m. and goes until 10 p.m, entry is free and guests can enjoy live music, food, and much more.
Orlando Ortiz, President of the Puerto Rican Festival stated; “The changes to the festival schedule and programming in 2021 come because of timing due to COVID-19 restrictions and the organization’s commitment to providing a premier experience to attendees. As we evolve, we are excited to continue our partnership with the City of Rochester, as they have been instrumental in supporting and championing our community for more than 50 years.”
