Rochester police are investigating three smash and grabs within an hour apart.
One at a smoke shop on Park Ave, another one at the Montage Music Hall, and the third smash and grab was at a business on Lyell Ave and Whitney Street.
I’m starting to think these crimes are calculated when there’s multiple smash and grabs happening within a short period of time.
