100-Year-Old Graduates From Spencerport High School

Dreams have no timeline, and sometimes they even take 80 years. Pearl Neumann was recently just honored with a diploma from Spencerport High School at age 100. According to the district, Neumann was unable to complete her degree as a teenager because she was busy working on her family’s farm.
At the graduation ceremony, the district stated: “Her life has been devoted to family, work, and volunteer service, yet despite her successes and role as a community leader, she still regretted not receiving her diploma – until now. In addition to the diploma, Neumann will be included in the Class of 2023 display.”
