Texas Fast-food Worker Arrested in Credit Card Fraud Scheme

A 19-year-old McDonald’s employee in Texas, Giovanni Primo Blount of Poolville, was arrested after police say he ran a credit card fraud scheme targeting customers.
According to Springtown police, Blount allegedly charged customers for their orders and then tapped their cards on a personal device to secretly add $10–$20 per transaction, routing the money to his own account.
Authorities believe he took about $680 before being caught.
Blount was charged with fraudulent use or possession of identifying information involving more than 50 items, posted $30,000 bail, and the restaurant’s owner said his actions did not reflect McDonald’s
