Rochester Regional Health has temporarily reinstated a mask mandate across all clinical settings, including hospitals, ambulatory practices, and long-term and home care, due to a surge in respiratory illnesses. The policy, affecting visitors, patients, and staff, takes effect immediately and is expected to last about one month following a record-breaking spike in influenza cases statewide.
