Italian seat maker Aviointeriors has unveiled Skyrider 3.0, a new version of its “standing” airplane seat designed to cut flight costs.
The updated model, shown at the Aircraft Interiors Expo, features a sleeker look without the poles from the earlier Skyrider 2.0 version.
The design requires passengers to remain in a near-standing position throughout the flight.
