A South Florida man is gaining attention online for an unusual approach to dealing with invasive species. Ryan Izquierdo trapped green iguanas and brought them to Bucks Coal Fired Pizza in North Palm Beach, where they were used to create a specialty pizza topped with cheese, bacon, and freshly prepared iguana meat. Izquierdo says his goal is to show that invasive iguanas can be responsibly removed and repurposed as food.
