Roller Coaster Riders Rescued After Train Stalls 100 Feet Up

A roller coaster train on the Iron Shark at Pleasure Pier in Galveston, Texas became stuck near the top of its 100-foot lift hill, leaving eight riders suspended. 

Emergency crews used ladders to evacuate all riders safely, and no injuries were reported. 

The cause of the stoppage is unknown, and an investigation is underway.
