ROC the Block Job Fair Series Continues Wednesday at Salvation Army

ROC the Block, a community block party-style job fair series, is holding its third event Wednesday at the Salvation Army on West Avenue.

The series began June 11 at The International Plaza and continues weekly on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The final fair is scheduled for Sept. 24 at Parcel 5. Employers participating include the University of Rochester, Walmart, RCSD, Wegmans, FedEx, Bausch & Lomb, and others.

Now in its fifth year, the series connects job seekers with local opportunities.
