Canandaigua police are considering buying a police e-bike to better enforce laws on the growing number of e-bikes and scooters, especially among teens. Chief Matthew Nielsen says it would help officers patrol areas like Main Street and issue citations more easily, since enforcement has been difficult with current resources.
