Officials are investigating the attempted homicide of a USPS employee outside the Jefferson Processing Center in Rochester on Oct. 16. A blue stolen Kia Sportage was used in the crime and later found on Oct. 19 after two women abandoned it.
The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is offering a reward of up to $150,000 for information leading to arrests.
