Nearly 450,000 New Yorkers could lose their current health insurance coverage on July 1 if they are enrolled in the Essential Plan 200–250.

Fidelis Care says the plan is ending due to federal funding cuts. Affected members should update their information, review available coverage options, and enroll in a new health plan by June 15 to avoid a gap in coverage.
