Monroe County DMVs Launch New Digital Check-In System to Cut Wait Times

Monroe County will roll out a new appointment and customer queuing system at all four DMV branches starting Monday to reduce wait times and modernize service.

The QLess system replaces paper tickets with electronic check-ins, mobile alerts and real-time instructions, allowing customers to wait seated until called.
County officials say staff have been trained and the online appointment system will go live Friday evening.
