Mean Arms will pay $1.75 million to families of the 10 victims killed in the 2022 Buffalo mass shooting and stop selling its MA Lock device in New York.
Attorney General Letitia James said the settlement is a step toward accountability.
The gunman’s federal death penalty trial is set for August.
