Local Bank Robber Caught by Tracker Put in Bag of Money

A man is accused of robbing the Downtown M&T bank around 2pm Tuesday afternoon.

Reports say the bank teller put a tracker that the suspect ran out with and was later tracked in a car on Otis st along with 2 other men.
