A U.S. judge has temporarily blocked the Trump administration from shutting down Job Corps, a major job training program for low-income youth.
The ruling came after a lawsuit claimed the Labor Department lacked authority to end the program, which serves 25,000 young people.
The administration argued Job Corps was ineffective and unsafe, while critics say only Congress can dismantle it.
