Jill Scott’s Back On World Tour With One Request A Phone/Smart Glasses-Free Experience

3X Grammy-winner Jill Scott released her sixth studio album, “To Whom This May Concern,” nearly a month ago. The project marks Scott’s first studio album in more than a decade. Her tour will also include international stops in cities such as London, Berlin and Paris before wrapping up in South Africa. Those lucky enough to secure a ticket for her show should expect to have their phones locked up. Scott requested a phone-free experience, so phones and other recording devices, including smart glasses, will be prohibited and locked in Yondr pouches, according to Ticketmaster. Guests will still maintain possession of their belongings and can access their phones at designated phone-use areas inside the venue. The “Hate On Me” singer’s world tour kicks off March 26.
