An Irondequoit man, Kevin Burns, has been arrested on a federal child pornography charge. Authorities traced uploaded images to Burns, a teacher in Monroe County, following a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
A computer was seized during a November 2024 search of his home. The school where he worked was not identified.
