How Can You Apply for the New Apartments at the Former Hotel Cadillac?

The historic Hotel Cadillac in downtown Rochester is being converted into 42 affordable apartments, with construction beginning in 2026 and applications opening in 2027. The project is funded in part by a $1.1 million approval from City Council. Tenants will be selected through a lottery system, factoring in income, background, and credit. Interested renters can email the management company but should note that no official waitlist exists yet. Applications will open closer to project completion.
