HEAP Applications Open as Winter Energy Use Rises

Colder winter temperatures are increasing energy use across New York, and applications are now open for the Emergency Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP). RG&E is offering outreach this month to help customers understand energy-saving tools, billing, and available assistance programs. A HEAP advocate will be onsite at the RG&E Customer Service Center on West Avenue in Rochester on Mondays and Fridays in January, and customers can call 800-743-2110 for help.
