Florida Walmart Shooting Sparks Stand Your Ground Questions

A 62-year-old man was fatally shot after an argument over a parking space in the parking lot of a Walmart in North Lauderdale, Florida. Deputies say the shooting happened just before 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, and the victim, identified as Bart Diguglielmo, died from a gunshot wound. Authorities said the woman involved remained at the scene, cooperated with deputies, and told investigators she acted in self-defense.
