FKA twigs is out with a new album inspired by underground raves

FKA Twigs, the multifaceted English artist, has released her latest album, “Eusexua”, a project born from her transformative experiences at underground raves in Prague during the summer of 2022. The album explores “eusexua,” a term she coined to describe moments of pure presence, freedom, and clarity, often experienced during raw, unfiltered human interactions.

The inspiration for “Eusexua” stemmed from Twigs’ desire to reconnect with authenticity and imperfection following personal challenges and a post-pandemic world dominated by online perceptions. The project extends beyond music, incorporating her performance art piece, The Eleven, a movement meditation method designed to help individuals cultivate “eusexua” through intentional daily practices.

Twigs reflects on her evolving relationship with her body, shaped by years of professional dancing and battles with chronic pain, and highlights how the album reflects her journey of self-healing and rediscovery.

As she prepares for her global “Eusexia” tour, Twigs plans to bring her music back to Prague, honoring the city that deeply influenced her creative vision. With Eusexua, FKA Twigs delivers a multisensory exploration of presence, creativity, and self-discovery.
