Fantasia Barrino Goes At Her Father For Saying Husband Is Stealing Her Money

Joseph Barrino accused Kendall Taylor of stealing from Fantasia shortly after his viral proposal. The singer isn’t taking the accusations lightly. What was supposed to be a love-filled moment has turned into a public family feud for Fantasia Barrino. The singer, whose husband Kendall Taylor recently proposed to her during a live show in Texas, is calling her father out for accusations he made against him in response.

“I wasn’t going to do this, but this has gotten out of hand,” Fantasia began in the caption of an Instagram post. “I cant even call you Dad or a Father, you are a DONOR!!!”

The singer posted screenshots of a 2024 arrest of her dad, Joseph Barrino, which shows him charged with “misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.”

The caption continued, “We have covered for you long enough. My mom and me have made you LOOK like you were and [sic] okay man but NOW YOU HAVE COME FOR MY KING!!! Tonight I will go Live and behind me will stand all who know YOU!!!! How can someone steal if I Fantasia Taylor is the CEO and my king Kendall Taylor is the president of ALL OUR COMPANIES.”

Fantasia, 41, concluded, “Tonight I shall help finish the war you STARTED!!!”

The post, which has since been deleted, came a few days after her father went online to accuse her husband of stealing from her. Joseph claims the public proposal was a cover-up for missing funds on Taylor’s part.
