Eight RCSD Employees Named 2026 Educators of the Year

Eight Rochester City School District employees were honored Wednesday night as the district’s 2026 Educators of the Year.
The awards recognize staff members who go above and beyond to create meaningful learning experiences for Rochester students. Winners were selected from across the district, with each honoree representing a different area of staff and service.
Nominations came from fellow employees, students, parents and supervisors. One of the eight winners will now move on to compete in the New York State Educator of the Year competition.
