Downtown Rochester Church Adds Portable Toilet for Unhoused Residents

First Universalist Church in Rochester installed a portable toilet outside its building, saying limited overnight public restroom access has created sanitation issues on church property. 

Church leaders called the move a temporary solution and renewed calls for 24/7 public bathrooms downtown.
