Buffalo Bills fans will once again be able to cheer on their team from the heart of downtown Rochester when the Bills Block Party returns to East and Alexander streets. The event will be held Sunday, Sept. 13, as the Bills take on the Houston Texans in their first regular-season game. Like in recent years, two giant screens will be set up at the intersection to broadcast the game. Rochester Mayor Malik Evans said fans should plan to arrive early after strong turnout for the previous block party.
