Donald Trump demands Kimmel be fired

Jimmy Kimmel is under fire for joking that Melania Trump looked like an “expectant widow.” She and Donald Trump called the remark hateful and pushed for him to be fired.

Days later, a shooting occurred at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, prompting critics to link the joke to political violence. Kimmel denied that, saying it was a harmless roast about the couple’s age gap and not a call for harm.
